Warnings after WordPress Update

Hi, I am using the @Captain Form123 plugin on my site and I updated the WordPress to 6 and PHP to 8, the website is working properly but I am getting warnings

An active PHP session was detected
The REST API encountered an error

How can I get rid of these warnings?

Any advice will be appreciated.
