Introduction

WP Real Estate is a WordPress Plugin that helps you list your properties at a central place and gain exposure towards potential customers visiting your website. With fully customizable features, Google maps integration and IDX/MLS data feeds plus premium abilities like customization options or high-performance templates this plugin will help make sure that your site meets all of your needs!

WP Real Estate Pro allows you to have a variety of settings and options for each page. It has different pages, including Listings Page, Single Listing Page, Submit Listing Page, Compare Listings, Agents Page, Single Agent Page, Membership Packages, Agencies Page, Single Agency, and those that provide access through your website's login or membership system as well as customized homepages.

Features & Functionality

  • Advanced Search: Search all listings on your website. By using this search form you can define properties by their property type, price range, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, etc. You can also show the results on a map or list view!
  • Map Search: Search properties near a certain location (you set the radius) and display them on Google Maps without having to use an external web service. This feature is available only for the Pro Version of WP Real Estate WordPress Plugin. You can choose between displaying points on a map or just showing markers with property information displayed beneath it.
  • Listing Page: Use this page to display your active listings in an elegant way with customizable templates and configurations which allow you to choose between a list with properties or only the featured property on top of your homepage.
  • Single Listing Page: Use this page to display details about a single listing in an elegant way with customizable templates and configurations which allow you to choose between a list with properties or only the featured property on top of your homepage. Also, if you're using WP Real Estate home page instead of listing pages for listings then you will get the chance to configure your custom URL slug, set featured image for that particular property, etc.
  • Search Results Page: This is the results page when searching for properties at any of your defined locations (city/state).
  • Agent Listing Page: When users click any agent's name from search results they are brought to this page which has all the agent's listings in an elegant way with customizable templates and configurations. You can also choose whether to display listings on a single layout or grid layout.
  • Compare Listings Page: This is the page where they are comparing more than one property of different agents/agencies.
  • Single Agent Page: When users click any agent's name from search results they are brought to this page which has all the agent's listings in an elegant way with customizable templates and configurations. You can also choose whether to display listings on a single layout or grid layout.
  • IDX/MLS Integration: WP Real Estate WordPress Plugin's IDX/MLS integration allows you to easily add your properties from third-party sites.
  • Google Maps Integration: Our plugin provides a Google Maps API that you can enable or disable for all types of searches (from an advanced search page). If enabled then users will be able to click the map marker & see the property information without having to open any new window/tab. This feature is available only for the Pro Version of WP Real Estate WordPress Plugin.
  • Rent and/or Sell: When enabled, users can have the option to change property type from a single Listing page.
  • SEO Friendly: This plugin is built to follow all Google Webmasters rules. WP Real Estate's main structure follows all SEO standards for the title, description, keywords, etc.
