  • Supported Ticket Systems: With Support X WordPress Plugin, you can manage your user tickets from various help desks systems such as HelpScout, ZenDesk, FreshDesk, Desk.com, and Teamwork Desk.
  • You can view all old tickets: create new tickets and reply to old tickets from within the WordPress interface.
  • Fetches all tickets: belonging to a user from the selected ticket system and is displayed to the user in table form.
  • Help Scout APP: When viewing a ticket in Help Scout, the plugin displays user order details in Help Scout.
  • WooCommerce: Displays user tickets and the 'Create a Ticket' form in the "my-account" section of WooCommerce.
  • Google reCaptcha: To prevent spam, you can display Google reCaptcha before submitting a new ticket or replying to an old ticket.
  • Ticket Tag: You can ask the user to select a topic as a ticket tag either when creating a new ticket or replying to an old ticket.
  • Phone and Upload Fields: You can display Phone Numbers and add an attachment field in the 'Create a Ticket' form.
