PHP Warning while activating Comet Cache Plugin

Any @Comet Cache390 Plugin user here?

I just start using Comet Cache Plugin and am receiving this error "PHP Warning: Cannot modify header" after installation. Did anyone else face this issue? Any resolution would be highly appreciated.
