404 errors with assets cleanup pro

Hi, I am using the @Asset CleanUp Pro387 plugin and after activating the website got broke, and the page layout is gone. When I debug, I found all JS, and CSS files are having error 404 not found and show the link structure like this “wp-content/cache/asset-cleanup/media/style.css”. Also, I am using @Comet Cache390 plugin for caching and I thought both plugins are not adjusting and might be in conflict. After deactivating the plugin it's still the same, but when I cleared the cache It's working. What should I do? Any advice.
