Stripe payment error with s2Member

There is a stripe payment error with @s2Member139, everything was working smoothly for the past 2months of Stripe setup and suddenly stripe stops working, whenever the user tries to pay with stripe it redirects to the homepage, I checked the logs and tried debugging but doesn't seem I can. Please advice.
