Please Guide me which plugin to use for my marketplace website

I have been looking for a multivendor marketplace plugin for my new website and found these two plugins @Dokan Multivendor212 and @WCFM Multivendor Marketplace332. I want features like Store audience, Top region, Top referrer, Individual use only, Store review, store list, Refund request management for vendors and Return shipping tracking. I want some more features but am unable to take a decision on which plugin I have to buy. Please guide me ASAP.
