Business Directory Plugin categorgy pages are getting blank

I am using @Business Directory Plugin294 and created categories, unfortunately, category pages are getting blank. The search also not working and there is no way to back to the previous page. Also, is there a way to make it easier for users who are looking at your website’s category pages?
